The Old School is available to hire for private functions and regular user groups. It features two large rooms, one of which has a modern kitchen / dining area.  The venue is ideal for functions and meetings and is located next to St Mary's church in Church Street. It is served by a car park situated adjacent to the Community Hall on the upper parking level. There is access to the Old School via a footpath from the car park.

The larger main hall can be utilised as an open space for activities such as exercise classes or can be laid out with comfortable modern chairs and folding tables.  This room can be isolated from the smaller function room and kitchen area by shutting the glazed dividing partition. 

Projector and AV equipment available for use in the main hall.  The large kitchen has modern storage units and appliances which include an oven & hob with an extractor, fridge, kettle, commercial dishwasher and microwave. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
